Flipping is in the news right now, for all the wrong reasons, but it has a good meaning too. If like me, you are a would-be property developer, then it’s the practise of getting in and out, with a profit, of the housing market. In between developments, all small scale, I am no Donald Trump, I like cruising. I like to unwind with a holiday, and what better way to do that than with one of those internet cruise deals?
